How to request deletion
- Fill in the form on this page, or email hello.qualso@gmail.com with the subject "Account deletion request".
- Include the app name and the mobile number registered with your account. If possible, send the request from the email address linked to your account.
- To protect your account, we may confirm the request by sending a one-time password (OTP) to your registered mobile number or by replying to your email.
- Once your identity is verified, we will delete your account and acknowledge it by email or SMS. Deletion is completed within 30 days of your request.
Before you delete: deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Active memberships, service plans, credits and pending posts or ads end when the account is deleted, and unused amounts are not refunded. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Data that is deleted
- Your account and profile: name, mobile number, email, password, photo, gender, date of birth and addresses
- Partner professional details: services, rates, skills, experience, education, availability and preferences
- Identity verification documents and images you uploaded
- Your job posts, ads (including images and videos), favourites and saved addresses
- Location data, push notification tokens and notification history
- Saved payment method details (masked card details)
Data that we keep, and for how long

Delete only some data
You don't have to delete your whole account to remove some data. In the app you can delete your job posts, ads, saved addresses and notifications, and edit your profile. To have other specific data deleted, such as verification documents, email us with details of what you want removed.
